We are happy to refund or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept garments that are marked as non-refundable, for example final sales. 

It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to REAMO if you would like a refund or exchange.

Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any garment returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. 

We always recommend returning your items via a tracked service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
