1. General

These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all business relations between the company REAMO e.U, legally represented by the managing director Omaer Alam, Eipeldauerstraße 40/50/8 1220 Vienna, Austria, hereinafter referred to as "REAMO", "us" or "we", on the REAMO website, the mobile website, the mobile application or by telephone (collectively referred to as "reamoclo.com"). All personal designations are to be understood as gender-neutral.

By using reamoclo.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein ("the Terms and Conditions"). Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.

Only persons who are at least 18 years of age, are not under guardianship, are not acting as a representative of a company and have a delivery address in Austria may place an order. Orders with a debit card or gift card are only possible for persons over 16 years of age.

The offering of products or services on reamoclo,com at any particular time does not imply or warrant that such products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time of your order on reamoclo.com

REAMO wants to provide you with the best possible online experience. For this reason we need to ensure that our services run smoothly. Therefore, you agree not to (i) publish, transmit, distribute, upload or market any information or content that could damage or adversely affect our company, products or services; (ii) behave or use equipment in a manner that is harmful to other users when using the reamoclo. com website, and (iii) not to use any device or module, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or browse the website or copy any content from the website. We reserve the right to block access to the Site and close the account of users who violate this provision or any other policy set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Prices and shipping costs

In addition to the purchase price, the company charges the customer shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs can be found on the company's website. In addition, customers are clearly informed of the shipping costs on the order page before placing an order.

In the case of deliveries of goods to countries outside of Austria, import duties may apply to the import of goods, which the customer must bear. The amount of the import duties varies in different customs areas. The customer is responsible for the proper removal of all necessary customs duties and fees.

 

3.Orders/Conclusion of contract

Once you have placed your order and provided us with your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order, we will refund the amount in question using the payment method you used. If for any reason it is necessary to make other arrangements, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange the refund.
The total amount for an order must be at least €1.00 (less discounts).

 

4.Delivery 

REAMO takes the utmost care when accepting and processing orders and delivers your order to a private address in Austria, according to the delivery option you have chosen.

REAMO endeavours to deliver the items as quickly as possible in the order in which the orders are received. Our aim is to deliver within 1 to 2 days after receipt of the order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Although we endeavour to deliver within the specified period, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that the delivery time is longer than 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order.
You will be informed of the expected delivery date before you place the order. Once you have placed your order and provided us with your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the estimated delivery times.
If your order does not arrive on the date indicated, please contact us at order@reamoclo.com. If the customer/recipient indicates an alternative storage location to the shipping service provider, the liability for the parcel is transferred to the customer/recipient. In this case REAMO does not assume any liability. The dispatch of the goods is usually two working days, in individual cases, however, no later than 5 working days after receipt of the customer's payment in case of payment in advance or after completion of the payment process in case of payment by PayPal or in case of payment by immediate bank transfer.

 

 

5. Cancellation of the order
You can cancel or revoke the purchase from the time of the order up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered items. If you have already paid for the items, you will receive a refund excluding the standard shipping costs of REAMO. The full return policy can be found on reamoclo.com. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us in writing by e-mail to order@reamoclo.com or by submitting the standard form of your local consumer protection agency. In any case, the notification must be made within 14 days. You will then have a further 14 days to return the items in accordance with paragraph 6 (Returns) below. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


We will reimburse you as soon as possible using the payment method you used and no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation, provided we have received the items or proof of return. If a REAMO gift card has been used for full or partial payment, a [digital] credit card will be issued. If you have received a faulty item, please notify REAMO immediately and return the item in accordance with the provisions in paragraph 6 below (Returns). REAMO shall reimburse the full cost of products that are found to be defective. The provisions set forth herein shall not constitute a limitation of any applicable rights.

 

 

6. Return/Exchange

REAMO guarantees the refund or, upon request, the exchange of returned items in accordance with the provisions of section 5 (cancellation of the order), provided that all items have been returned in the condition they were in when received. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of the fitting). Furthermore, all tags and labels must be intact.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For more details on how to return items, please visit reamoclo.com. Please use our return portal for all domestic returns in Austria. Please read more about the return on our return page. For International orders, please contact our support at order@reamoclo.com and we will guide you through the process. If your order is dispatched after 14 days, you will receive the package back. Please contact us before you send a package back. If you paid on reamoclo.com with a debit or credit card, the corresponding amount will be credited to the debit or credit card you used for the purchase. The return of incorrect deliveries is possible online. Prices and offers in our shops and in the online shop may differ. The delivered goods remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. 

 

7. Payment

The payment of the goods ordered by the customer will be made at the customer's option by PayPal, by credit card or by immediate bank transfer. Unless otherwise stated below, the customer's payments are due within 14 days after conclusion of the contract at the latest. The customer's account will be debited following the execution of the payment transaction.

Payment by PayPal When paying by means of the payment service PayPal, the customer has the option to make a payment from his PayPal account.

Payment by credit card When paying by credit card, the customer has the option to make a payment by credit card.

Payment by Sofortüberweisung When paying by Sofortüberweisung, an online payment system of Sofort GmbH is used for cashless payment on the Internet.

The price indicated in the presentation of the goods is the total price including any applicable sales tax (currently 20%) and other price components, but excluding delivery and shipping costs.

 

8. Liability

None of these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of REAMO, if this is contrary to the applicable laws on exclusion or limitation of liability. It is not our intention to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us, our employees or agents. If we breach these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of such breach. 
REAMO shall not be liable for indirect damages that occur as a secondary consequence of the actual loss or damage, such as loss of profits or orders, or for non-delivered products or failure to comply with other obligations under these Terms and Conditions, if the cause of such failure is beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm, riots, civil commotion, war, nuclear accidents or terrorist activities.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage resulting from your order on reamoclo.com is limited to the total amount of your order.
If there is a problem with a product you have purchased from REAMO and you have not been able to solve this problem together with REAMO, you can submit your complaint on the EU Online Dispute Resolution portal (ODR platform, Online Dispute Resolution).

The portal offers customers and traders within the EU the opportunity to reach an out-of-court settlement of problems with online purchases. The user-friendly and interactive website serves as a one-stop shop, available free of charge in all official EU languages. The ODR platform allows consumers and traders to locate a dispute resolution service and go through the resolution process together. The ODR platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

 

9. Colors
We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent the properties of our products, including their composition and colours. However, the color display depends on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately reproduce the colors.

 

10.Guarantee

In case the purchased goods show defects, REAMO shall be obliged to comply with all applicable guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing defects of the goods provided by us, including damage incurred during transport, please contact us immediately at order@reamoclo.com.

 

11.Assignment

REAMO reserves the right to assign or pledge all payment claims, including all payment instalments, arising in connection with the delivery of goods to third parties.

 

12.Validity

If parts of these provisions are not permissible or are declared invalid by a court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.



13.Retention of title

All intellectual property rights, e.g. trademarks and copyrights on reamoclo.com, remain with REAMO e.U and its subsidiaries or licensees. The  use of reamoclo.com or its contents, including copying and saving of contents in parts or completely, except for personal, non-commercial purposes, is not allowed without the permission of REAMO.
