Returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No stains/hairs/odours
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
We reserve the right to return your item back to you or cleaning charges, if it does not adhere to the above.

*Please note that any products purchased on sale or with a promotional/discount code are refunded via store credit on an E-Gift Card.
*It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to REAMO if you would like a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, as an emerging brand, we are not yet able to offer free return shipping.
*Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.

This return method is only for customers who live in Austria
We have a super easy return system. Visit our domestic returns portal here > Return Portal <
1) Enter your post code and your order number with the #, which you will find on your invoice or order confirmation email. It should look like this #BE-0001.
2) Select which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
3) If you are selecting an exchange please remember to add the new size. Please note that is the requested size is sold out, you will be automatically refunded.
4) Select where you want to drop off your package. You have more option if you click "Find the drop-off point"
You don't have to pay yet when you return the item. We will simply subtract the return shipping costs from your refund.
5) Download & print out the return label and attach it to your parcel. Bring it to the drop-off point

Check the date on which you receive the order, if 14 days have not yet passed, you can return your order.
2) Download our refund form [here] and fill it out.
3) Please send us now the filled out form by email to refund@reamoclo.com and we will confirm the return. Please don't send us orders back without our refund confirmation mail.
4) After you have received the confirmation email from us, pack the goods as securely as possible to prevent damage during transport. Please include our return form in the order, otherwise we can not assign your return. We always recommend returning your items via a tracked service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
5) Go to your local post office and send your order back to our warehouse. After we have received your order, we will process it and transfer your money back to you.
If you paid with PayPal, you can get the costs for the return shipping back, just google PayPal Free Return. Please note that we cannot assume the costs for the return to our warehouse, if you used other payment providers.
