Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept garments that are marked as non-refundable

It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to REAMO if you would like a refund or exchange.

Are returns free?

Yes, If you pay with PayPal you can get free returns! See how to use PayPal free return here or read our thread about free PayPal return here. If you have paid with other payment providers, you can't use PayPal free return service. At the moment this cost will be your responsibility.

If you want to return your order, please print out our return form and enclose it so that we can allocate the return. Please note that we recommend that you ship your order tracked as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
